Menu Pricing and Payment Information

** Pricing Index **
All Disc Jockey (DJ) or Karaoke (KJ) Services/rates are $95.00 per hour, minimum of 3 hours. providing the Venue is within a 100 mile radius.

If DJ and KJ Services are both ordered, the charge will be $95.00 per hour, minimum of 3 hours...plus $175.00, providing the Venue is within a 100 mile radius.

For all Events contracted beyond the 100 mile radius, the same rates apply with one exception; A 5 hour minimum is required.

We have Special Rates for Schools so...If calling us for the first time, please call the Office for an all INCLUSIVE Quote.

If the Venue has steps which the equipment must be carried up (or down), a $50.00 charge will be added to your balance.

All Special Effect Lighting is provided at no extra charge with the exception of Spot Lights, for which the Rental Fee of $175.00 will be charged/added to the Balance due.

All Lasers are within the legal guidelines/allowances (4.9mW). We do have more powerful Lasers which require a Permit and Variance and, if requested, the Permit and Variance Fee (currently $180.00) will be passed on/added to the Balance due.



** General Information **
A separate Sound System will be provided for a Wedding Ceremony at no charge if the Ceremony is on the same property as the Wedding Reception.

If/When asked to provide my Business License and Certificate of Insurance, it will be faxed to the Venue two weeks prior to your Event.

"Rockin" Robbie EntertainmenT will arrive at the Venue approximately 2 hours before the contracted Start Time. Set-Up and Tear-Down are not chargeable time-frames. You are only billed from "Start to End" Time.



** Payments **
A $200.00 Deposit is required to hold or Book your date (with the exception of Public and Private Schools).

The Deposit is due within seven (7) days of signing the contract and will be applied to the Balance.

The Balance is due and payable at the end of your Event by any of the following methods...
We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, and/or Discover Credit Cards.
We no longer accept American Express.


** Cancellations **
If/when, for any reason, your event is cancelled, the following criteria regarding the deposit will apply...
Upon notification:
Deposits can and will be refunded if your function is cancelled 31 days or more before the scheduled date.
Option:
The deposit can be "rolled over"; being applied to a "re-schedule"...or a new event...provided the "re-scheduled/new" event takes place within one (1) year of the originally scheduled date/event.
If cancelled 30 days or less before the scheduled date, your deposit will be refunded if we can book that date on such short notice.
