"Rockin" Robbie was an Executive Chef of Hyatt International for 26 years. Many Clients remembered Robbie from his innovative years in some of the best equipped kitchens in the world and had asked Robbie to provide food with the EntertainmenT...hence, the beginning of another service for you. Initially, we started out by serving food to "name" On the Road Entertainment Acts such as "Journey", "The Gap Band", and "KC and The Sunshine Band"...to name a few. Then, in the mid 1990’s, we branched out; Hosting BBQ’s and Dinners for a broader spectrum of Venues. Our mobile kitchen can be set up to serve anywhere from 100 (minimum) to 15,000 guests; All of our equipment, being State of the Art, is road ready to arrive at your function, prepared to serve up memorable food and drink; Most food is prepared on site.
