KJ (Karaoke) Services are also $85.00 per hour. If DJ and KJ Services are both ordered, the charge will be, $85.00 per hour plus $175.00. For all Events contracted beyond 100 miles, a 5 hour minimum is required. We have Special School Rates so please call the Office if calling us for the first time. All Special Effect Lighting is provided at no extra charge with the exception of Spot Lights, which a Rental Fee of $175.00 will be charged. All Lasers are within the guidelines that the law allows (4.9mW). We have more powerful Lasers that require a Permit and Varience. If a Laser Light Show is requested, the Permit and Varience Fee will be passed on to the Purchaser ($180.00) All Special Effects are UL approved, and the Fog Machines emit a harmless water based chemical. Bubble Machines will only be used in an Outdoor Environment due to the slick residue the bubbles produce when landing on smooth flooring and dance floors. A separate Sound System will be provided for a Wedding Ceremony at no charge if the Ceremony is on the same property as the Wedding Reception. "ROCKIN" ROBBIE ENTERTAINMENT is fully licensed and carries $300,000.00 Liability Insurance. When asked to provide my Business License and Certificate of Insurance, it will be faxed to the Venue two weeks prior to your Event. "ROCKIN" ROBBIE ENTERTAINMENT is a Proud Member of the Better Business Bureau. ****MEXICO WEDDINGS**** "ROCKIN" ROBBIE ENTERTAINMENT NOW GOES TO VENUES IN MEXICO WITHIN 50 MILES OF THE BORDER. Weddings in Mexico are magical. The coastal venues and resorts are beautifully maintained, and the services are as good as you will find anywhere. The people are colorful and friendly, and the food is to die for. American money is accepted almost everywhere, and English is spoken at all major facilities. You will also find a certain charm in the air of being in a foreign country, without being too far from home, and easy to get to via the Scenic Highway. You do not (at the moment) need a passport to travel within 50 miles of the border, and most auto insurance will cover you within that 50 mile limit. If you are interested in a Wedding in Mexico, leave me an e-mail and I will provide a list of resorts we go to that have proven themselves as worthy venues. ***SET-UP REQUIREMENTS*** "ROCKIN" ROBBIE ENTERTAINMENT requires a 16x10 foot area in which to work, with a space of 5 feet in front of the Dance Floor from the Wall. Also, a 3x3 foot area is required for each Speaker mounted on a Tri-Pod Stand. If Special Effect Lighting is NOT needed, an 8x5 foot area in which to work is sufficient. ***EQUIPMENT SPECS*** All DJ Booths are Equipped with the Following: -

5 Instrument Jacks **IMPORTANT** I reserve the right to refuse set-up in any area that is considered un-safe. Examples of un-safe areas are as follows: Too close to a highway or road, Too close to a swimming pool, Blocking of any Emergency Exit, or a stage or riser that can not support the weight of the Equipment. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** If the Venue has steps that all the equipment must be carried up, a $50.00 charge will be added to your balance. "ROCKIN" ROBBIE ENTERTAINMENT will arrive at the Venue Approximatly 2 hours before the contracted Start Time. Set-Up and Tear-Down are not chargable functions, and you are only billed from Start to End Time. **POWER REQUIREMENTS** In most cases, two Independant 20 Amp Outlets are required to support the Electrical requirements of the equipment. One for the DJ Booth, and One for the Special Effect Lighting. There are some set-ups that require 220 volt power. Sometimes the venue will charge you to accomadate the extra power. In some occasions, a 220, 110 volt stepper is required. Your venue will know if you need one and advise you immediatly. **PAYMENT OPTIONS** A $200.00 Deposit is required to hold or Book your date (with the exception of Public and Private Schools). The Deposit will be applied to the Balance. We accept, Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Credit Cards. Your Balance is due at the end of your Event by any of the above methods. We no longer accept American Express. FOUL MUSIC IS NEVER PLAYED BY "ROCKIN" ROBBIE ENTERTAINMENT, EVEN IF REQUESTED. MORAL INTEGRITY AND RESPECT Music for Schools will be edited if it needs to be, and will be appropriate for the age group for which I am performing for. Some tracks can not be edited due to sexual inuendo, drug, and violence references, in this case, the track will not be played. Foul and Advisory music is NEVER played by "ROCKIN" ROBBIE ENTERTAINMENT at any function. We promote fun, socializing, tolerance, memories, good times, and a "Time-Out" of everyday issues that trouble kids. In the event another Sound System is needed at a Venue where there are Multiple needs, for example music to be played in another area besides the Main Event area, the system will be at no charge. The only Exception would be if a DJ or MC is required to conduct special rquirements. -

A Complimentary CD will be given to the Bride and Groom at the conclusion of their Wedding as a Momento of their Special Day. This music is compiled from an Itinerary the Couple has filled out 2 weeks prior to the Wedding. The CD will be the actual CD, ie, First Dance, Father Daughter Dance etc. that was played at the Ceremony and Reception, and packaged with their names, date, and place where the Wedding took place. -

When Performing in areas where power is not readily available, a generator will be provided at no charge. The generator is not normally loaded on our transport vehicles, so prior notice of it's need will be required. -

If you have checked my box on my "Wedding Itinerary" that you would like me to occupy the kids on the dance floor after they have finished dinner (kids are excited, and eat fast leaving mom and dad trying to eat and watch them at the same time) I will play music games, sing a longs, Limbo, Chicken Dance, and a Dance Contest with them on the Dance Floor. (parents welcome to join in). When I see everyone has eaten, we will resume the Wedding Festivities. Every child who joins in on the activities, will receive a prize for participating, and a big round of applause from our audience. -

Each DJ Booth has a rack mounted CD+G Karaoke Reader. If during your Wedding you have someone who is singing, and they would like the words of that Special song displayed on our Monitor, the Karaoke Reader is yours free of charge.
